It’s snow-joke — Elf Academy is returning to Bendigo and it’s more magical than ever! From 13-21 December 2025, Santa has officially confirmed that Bendigo will once again host the North Pole’s most prestigious training facility for pint-sized recruits.
Where to Get Your Santa Photos
Elf Academy is a prestigious training facility designed especially for Santa’s little helpers. Through festive crafts, playful games and elf-tastic challenges, recruits will master the skills needed to join Santa’s legendary crew, graduating with a Certificate IV in Elf Training.

This year the fun jingles all the way to the heritage-listed Beehive Building in the heart of Bendigo’s CBD — built in 1872 and dripping in gold-rush history. It’s the perfect headquarters to wrap yourself in festive fun.
Expect the Beehive to be jingle-jammed with decorations, twinkling lights brighter than Rudolph’s nose, elf-approved fun and enough festive sparkle to make Frosty melt!

Dates & Times
Dates: Saturday 13 – Sunday 14 December & Wednesday 17 – Sunday 21 December 2025.
Sensory session: Wednesday 17 December, 9:30 am – 11:30 am.
Times: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm daily.
Entry style: Staggered entry every 15 minutes.
Last entry: 3:30 pm.
Duration: Allow around 2 hours for your Elf Academy Training.
Tickets
$25 per person — both adult and child elves require a ticket.
$100 per family (up to 5 merry-making people).
Infants (0-1 years) are free, but still require a teeny tiny ticket.
Please note: Child elves must be accompanied by an adult elf. Tickets include all Elf Academy activities. Santa photography, merchandise, food & beverages are available at an additional cost.

Children dive into the joy and wonder of the holiday season, training to become one of Santa’s little helpers through fun crafts, games and elf-tastic challenges. It’s an immersive, interactive journey where kids master the skills needed to support the Big Man on his biggest night.
After completing their elf training, young recruits can capture the magic of the moment with a professional Santa photo session. This special opportunity enables children to enjoy a personal, memorable encounter with Santa himself, creating a keepsake that captures the spirit of Christmas forever.
